Shipping Information

All stick rakes come flat packed for easy shipping Australia wide and require little to assemble.

Pick-up – All products can be picked up factory direct from our workshop in Mitchell Park, Victoria.

Please note that forward calling on deliveries is not possible. Courier drivers will NOT call to advise when they are delivering packages.

Please note that if you live outside the couriers normal service area, packages are handed over to a third party delivery agent for delivery. Upon hand over, delivery ETA is increased and tracking updates are delayed.

Standard orders are usually processed 3-5 working days from your order being placed

Once processed, you will receive shipment tracking information. Shipping times vary between states and proximity to major cities. The below are the indicative times your order will be shipped once processed.

Returns

Currie Engineering is committed to customer satisfaction – If you receive any products that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, in the condition that you received it, we will happily refund*. Refunds will be the purchase price less delivery**.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned products are free from marks as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty)**.

If you wish to return your product, please send us a quick email first from the contact page. 

* Items can be returned outside our standard returns periods if the product is faulty under warranty or the incorrect item was received.
** If products are returned not in the original condition, restocking fees may apply.
